Job Details

Agence France-Presse (AFP) news agency is looking for a senior correspondent for its Kyiv Bureau. You must speak at least some Ukrainian and/or Russian, be able to write excellent copy in English and already have several years’ experience in journalism.

You will help coordinate our daily coverage of the Russian invasion of Ukraine as part of a team of reporters, photographers and videographers headed up by AFP’s Kyiv Bureau Chief and the regional News Editor.

We expect you to be based primarily in Kyiv but travelling regularly around the country for news and feature stories and coordinating with bureau colleagues, AFP’s network of stringers and the agency’s Warsaw-based staff.
